What is your minimum number of riders? Generally 2. Single riders may book at Cedar pass ranch.
Can I book a private ride? Yes. In order to ensure a private ride, simply book all the available spots.
Can I ride with my child on my horse? No. Riding double is hard on the horses and much more difficult than riding alone, especially for inexperienced riders.
Can I bring my dog? No
What's your minimum age requirement? While we don't have a minimum age requirement, please take careful inventory of your child's skill and temperament. If they've never been on a horse, you might try the pony carousel at Thanksgiving Point before attempting a trail ride. If a child needs to quit at any time both they and their adult will need to dismount and walk back to the trailhead. That said, most kids do fine so long as they will hold on and follow instructions.
How do I book? Please text 801-842-5863 for availability and booking.
What's your cancellation policy? Ride fees are non-refundable. You may reschedule your ride with 48 hours notice and a $25 fee per rider. Any ride cancelled by Wasatch Trail Rides will be offered a refund or reschedule (free of charge).
I'm an experienced rider. Can we gallop? We must ride to the ability level of the weakest rider in the group. So the answer to this is generally no.
